The Ducks

Our runner ducks were supposed to be the farm's answer to a snail infestation. They're tall, fast, and perpetually terrified of everything, which is a bit of a problem when you're supposed to be helping out around the farm. We're fairly certain the geese are bullying them, but they're too nervous to do anything about it. Right now, they spend more time running away from potential threats (and sometimes themselves) than actually getting any work done. But one day, when they're comfortable enough to stop running, we're confident they'll be the snail-hunting heroes we always dreamed of. Until then, they remain mildly effective at looking suspiciously at every human they encounter.
