Experience Redlock Farms
Welcome to our little ecological wonderland, a tiny patch of land near the Belgian border where everything is organic, self-sustaining, and occasionally a little bit chaotic.

Mission & Vission
At the Redlock Farm, we're on a mission to grow delicious, nutritious food while trying not to trip over our own compost pile. We're building a self-sufficient, eco-friendly oasis—and we're not doing it alone!
It's a community effort here, where we believe the more hands in the soil, the better the harvest—and the more laughs along the way. So, if you're ready to reconnect with nature, get your hands dirty, and help us grow this farm into something even more amazing, we'd be thrilled to have you join us!

Our Story
Meet The Redlock Farm Family
Welcome to our slice of the Netherlands. We're Karen (a neurology nurse), Kley (an IT guy), and our two amazing daughters, Hunter and Skyler. Together, we've traded in our previous lives of banking, bar-owning, and consulting for the simple joys of farming. Along with our trusty animals, we're building a hobby farm that's about as eco-friendly as a solar-powered, composting, chicken-raising utopia can be.
We might not have a massive tractor (yet), but we do have a dream: to create a sustainable, low-impact, family-run hub where we grow our food, raise our animals, and, most importantly, laugh at our own misadventures along the way.
Thanks for visiting our farm! Please pull up a chair, grab some homemade jam (we'll get to that later), and enjoy the tour. We promise we'll try not to get dirt on your shoes. But no guarantees.

A decorative chicken with a need for adventure and a love for electrical sockets.

Butter
The farm tourist who knows little about the world, but a whole lot about walkies and cheese.
The Story Behind The Redlock Farm
Once upon a time, in a world filled with high-rise apartments, office meetings, and the occasional margarita night, Karen and Kley decided they wanted something more. After years spent in places like New York, Amsterdam, and Santa Fe, and careers as diverse as neurology nursing, IT work, and bartending (because why not?), they found themselves longing for a slower pace of life. And by "slower," we mean a life that involved growing things, raising animals, and perhaps avoiding the dreaded "rush hour" altogether.
Now, they've settled in a picturesque corner of the Netherlands, near the Belgian border, and have transformed a small hobby farm into their dream of a sustainable, ecological haven. With the help of their two daughters—Hunter and Skyler, as well as their friends, family and community, they're working to build something special, one (funny) mistake at a time.
So, whether you're here to buy some homemade produce, read about our farming fails, or just see what in the world we're up to now, welcome. The farm is open, the animals are (mostly) friendly, and there's always room for more jam.
